On a typical shift you will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations. You should bring able to read construction drawings and specifications; sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
