Horizontal milling machine operator — Shimla

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Shimla, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will be based at an automotive components factory. The role involves read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
