Now hiring: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Araria, State of Bihar. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. Day to day you will hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. Ideally you have valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent); physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts; strong attention to safety and load limits. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. We offer ₹170 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
