Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Morbi, State of Gujarat. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 2+ years on the tools preferred.
