Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Niwari, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Six days a week, one day off.
