Kitchen cook — Ernakulam

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Ernakulam, State of Kerala. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Part-time with flexible hours.
