Requirements: • Well presented with a professional, welcoming manner • Good telephone manner and clear written communication • Previous front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience On a typical shift you will verify ID and payment details against the booking record; allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status; log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system; take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in; monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows; check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS). 6+ years on the tools preferred.
