Day to day you will clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. You should bring comfortable meeting hourly production targets; good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts; can read work instructions and basic measurements.
