Now hiring: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus You will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line.
