What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to pass a weld test on the spot The role involves clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent.
