Steel fixer — Purba Bardhaman

Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixer in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. You will cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Pay around ₹30,500 per month, based on your experience.
