Counter butcher — Bikaner

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Bikaner, State of Rajasthan. The job is in a meat processing plant. You should bring confident knife skills and safe blade handling; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths. Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. ₹39,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
