CNC milling operator • Amethi, Uttar Pradesh

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in a CNC machining unit. Ideally you have able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T; able to grind and set HSS cutters. The role involves: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square We offer ₹18,500 per month plus benefits.
