Powder coating operator — Reasi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Reasi, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Ideally you have aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms; keen eye for finish quality and surface defects; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process. You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
