Immediate opening: powder coating operator (Sikkim)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Gangtok, Sikkim. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₹34,500 per month, based on your experience.
