We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in East Garo Hills, Meghalaya. The job is in a residential tower block. On a typical shift you will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; run load and overload tests with test weights; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
