Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fettler in Fazilka, State of Punjab. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. Day to day you will maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch. You should bring willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts; able to read simple casting drawings and job cards. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
