Landscape gardener • Punch, State of Jammu and Kashmir

Vacancy available: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Punch, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work at a plant nursery. Ideally you have previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance; happy to work outdoors in all weather; good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting. Day-to-day duties: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₹37,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
