Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in South Andaman, Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 2+ years on the tools preferred.
