Metal caster — Bundi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a metal caster in Bundi, State of Rajasthan. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. Ideally you have understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling; experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry. Day to day you will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring.
