Dough maker — Medchal Malkajgiri

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Medchal Malkajgiri, State of Telangana. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. We are looking for familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; food handler / hygiene certificate. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
