We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Hanumangarh, State of Rajasthan. The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time with occasional weekends.
