You should bring comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment; sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings. You will use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
