The role involves give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule.
