Dough maker — Jaunpur

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideally you have knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; 2+ years' experience as a baker. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
