Aluminium tig welder — Chamba

Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Chamba, State of Himachal Pradesh. The job is on an industrial construction site. Your main tasks: • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper You should bring able to read isometric and fabrication drawings; able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through; valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage). Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Contact us to fix an interview.
