Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing technician in Tuensang District, State of Nagaland. The job is at a busy roofing firm. You should bring able to read roof pitch and set the falls; confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds; 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience. Your main tasks: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
