Pipe tig welder — Jajpur

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Jajpur, State of Odisha. You will work in a food and dairy equipment factory. The role involves: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle You should bring proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium; valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage); physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height.
