Shop floor worker — Nalanda

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Nalanda, State of Bihar. The job is on a factory production line. The role involves move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley; pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; assemble components according to the work order; keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping; record output figures and downtime on the production log; operate and feed production machines on the line. Ideal candidate: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Minimum matric / 10th pass preferred • Keen eye for detail on quality checks ₹12,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
