Lift mechanic — Paschim Bardhaman

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. The role involves: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway What we are looking for: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
