Great opportunity: gas installation technician (Assam)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Tinsukia, Assam. You will work in a gas distribution network. The role involves set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply. You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Overtime paid at a premium rate.
