Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Kozhikode, State of Kerala. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
