Prep cook wanted in Punch

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Punch, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Part-time with flexible hours.
