Hoist operator wanted in Dakshin Bastar Dantewada

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hoist operator in Dakshin Bastar Dantewada, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control You should bring understanding of hand and radio signals; strong attention to safety and load limits; physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹13,000 per month, based on your experience. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Part-time with flexible hours.
