Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machinist in Una, State of Himachal Pradesh. Ideal candidate: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Day-to-day duties: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
