Toolroom milling operator • Jajpur, State of Odisha

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Jajpur, State of Odisha. You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Your main tasks: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter Part-time with flexible hours.
