Foundry worker — Bilaspur

Great opportunity: we are hiring a foundry worker in Bilaspur, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. On the job you will handle: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling 3+ years on the tools preferred.
