You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish You will weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings.
