Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick mason in Jhalawar, State of Rajasthan. The job is at a residential building site. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Day-to-day duties: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters 5+ years on the tools preferred.
