The role involves mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. Ideally you have keen attention to detail and a steady hand; able to read and match factory paint codes. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
