You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings The role involves: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments 4+ years on the tools preferred.
