The role involves: • Load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes • Deliver goods to customers and collect signatures or proof of delivery • Carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights • Drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules Requirements: • Familiarity with basic vehicle checks and maintenance • Physically fit to load and unload goods by hand Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
