Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time, day shift.
