Join our team: we are hiring a precision welder in South West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya. We are looking for steady hands and good close-up eyesight; comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances; own basic hand tools and PPE. On a typical shift you will inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle.
