Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Sonipat, State of Haryana. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Ideally you have previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; able to stand on your feet for long shifts; keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations 3+ years on the tools preferred.
