Pipe tig welder — Damoh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Day to day you will clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal. We are looking for valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage); comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances; able to pass a practical weld test on the first day. 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₹160 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
