Beldar — Upper Siang

Immediate opening: we are hiring a beldar in Upper Siang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The role involves: • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain 1+ years on the tools preferred.
