Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Annamayya, State of Andhra Pradesh. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
