Powder coating technician — Chennai

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Chennai, State of Tamil Nadu. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideally you have knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₹150 per hour plus benefits.
