Day-to-day duties: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
